Red hands and soles of feet

Hi all,

Hope everyone had as good a new year as possible.

Recently I’ve noticed my hands and soles of my feet go red after I’ve been standing for a while - this goes with a fast heart rate and light headedness/blurred vision. No idea if the hands/feet going red can be a symptom of chronic anxiety and stress so wanted to see if anyone could explain or has also had this.

Any help much appreciated!

Having major stress lately with anxiety and depression comfirmed by doctor one of my first epposodes if u like was looking at my hands constantly then noticing they become red and sore through the constant sweat my hands are now pealing and i get burning hands but that could be just me
