Update and Need advice.

Update: still twitching 24/7 in both calves ( stops when I walk, stand or flex the calves) still have random bodywide twitching. Yesterday had alot of tounge twitching witch led to me constantly checking for tounge atrophy. My forearms, thighs, archs of feet, hands, shoulder etc.. still popping off. Anxiety and stress are extremely high. I'm trying to ignore the twitches and just chill with my kids and wife but I cant. The fear and worst case scenarios. ( plus the damn twitching won't stop) I have alot of soreness and tension. I even have tension in both my cheeks on my face. Idk where this is headed but I'm not doing well at all....🤯

Update: I have to wait until tomorrow to call for more information about therapy.

Also still sometimes mis pronouncing words idk if its anxiety or the start of "A". ( it's not frequent I haven't done it in a few days but still scary)
