    Chest redness

Hi, I seem to get most of the common pounding/tingly/light-headed symptoms when I get panicky but I also seem to get a red flushness just above my chest area which usually lasts for about 10-15 mins. Is this normal?

Yes, just as people blush and go red in the face some get it in other parts of their body when concerned.

Just blood vessels fuller than normal as blood pressure increases whilst nervous - and therefore nearer the surface and more visable often goes up the throat area too.
