I’m sorry it took so long for me to reply. I did see my GP. Because my heart rate was in the 70s when I was checked there, she didn’t care. She just said I shouldn’t rely on a Fitbit! I have turned off my heart rate because I was sick of obsessing! But I still feel funny and I know my heart rate keeps dipping. My bp was high too but this was ignored. Thyroid levels checked as I am hypothyroid and on medication but my levels were also ok.

I am still having problems with low rhr. Today it is in the low to mid 50’s. I don’t have my Fitbit on overnight because it scares me when it goes into the 40’s. I feel drained and on occasions I wake in the night as though I gave to quickly catch a breath as my heart feels like it has stopped.
