Hello Everyone.

For many years I have suffered from Anxiety and have referred (anonymously) to this forum to read how others have suffered from the same issues and overcome them, or how they have coped. It has been a huge comfort for me and I thought it was about time to actually join myself.

I have Health Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety and Depression. I also have a variety of medical issues that make this a lot worse.

Anyhow, I wanted to just say a huge thank you to having a place like this to go to.
