breast pain

Hi i havent had a period for over 2 years so post menopausal but i still have breast tenderness in my left breast like i always did when i was having periods has anyone else had this.The breast feels same i wonder if its just muscular or actually the breast that hurts i went to the doctors years ago with this and she said it was normal but i thought it would go now im post menopausal x
