Driving

Hello - this is my first time actually writing what I am going through and wanted to see if anyone similar had any advice for me. I have a problem with driving on motorways avoid them all the time but recently I have had problems driving on fast road with cars behind me and bends! To the point I panic and pull over when I can - I panic about this all the time and it is getting worse - I have to drive to get to work and to take my children to school - any advice is much appreciated
