January always seems to be a rougher month for me. I've slept more some nights than I needed by a long way and felt like going back to bed again.

A big :hug: for you Phuzella. If there is something the system does well it's bureaucracy and annoying people to the point of despair. Not great for people with our disorders at all. Take it slow, small chunks. It's easy to get overwhelmed with all the red tape and nonsense from anything government related. I suppose it's like with the councils having to throw the grit on the road when it's not even icy...because they won't get the allowance again next year if they show an efficiency saving? If they don't waste our money on bureaucracy they will have to put the taxes down and less cream teas for them in their meetings
