I have been getting these symptoms for a few days. I don't know if they are common though. The symptoms aren't always there, just occasionally.

Does anybody else experience these?

I didn't until you said. I have read it and it's definitely enlightening. It does put me at ease a little more, but I still worry. I am going to try get appointment with doctor tomorrow anyway, see what they say.

I really hate these constant symptoms.

You're describing symptoms in your extremities (e.g. arms and legs), which is how I've been feeling the last few days because it's SO cold here. I have Raynaud's, and I get the numbness, weakness etc. So it could just be the temperature, and not even be anxiety.

But, if you don't think this is you, I'd definitely say anxiety.

True. It is bloody cold. I also walk everywhere so that probably doesn't help I guess.
