Sinus and ear congestion. Can anxiety cause ear/nose infections or imbalances?

Along with a bit of dizziness, i have got sinus and ear congestion. I am wondering if I have some form of infection or imbalance in my ear or nose. My dizziness was worse a week ago, but it's definitely improved.

When I come in from the cold weather, I find i am congested with stuffy nose and weird congestion in ears along with occasional ringing. Could the cold weather be another issue?

Anxiety wouldn't cause this per se (although it may cause the dizziness).

Really, you're describing a common symptom which is nothing to be worried about. See your doctor if it worsens as you may require antibiotics
