    Groin pain

I've been having this pain on my left side of my groin the last 3 days I'd say. I'm ovulating l - so I assumed it was that tbh. But I cant remember it happening every month when I ovulate. I've had it in the past but cant remember if its when I ovulate or how long it's been going on for.
I'm 25 and full on convinced its ovarian cancer. Surely if it comes and goes I shouldnt really be worrying? I'm too scared to even make a doctors appointment. I'll be at work and the pain will pretty much be gone because I'm so busy. But then sitting at home it's all I think about!

    y GP

Hi, ovarian cancer was my scare in 2016, so I can tell you it doesn't manifest like that ... only if you have severe abdominal bloating that does not go away when lying down is there a reason for concern.

I recall paying 100 GBP out of pocket for a private scan and also got the blood test via my GP. It turned out it was IBS ... at your age, the most it can be is PCOS as that can present with pain .. or IBS like in my case ...
