Feel terrible today , scared of the unknown, what ifs going round and round in my head ,

How is everyone. I am slightly better but have felt very anxious today :(

80% better I would say, I'm still on 50mg sert don't want to up just yet. I've got drinking cold and struggling with sinus felling. Still have dodgy stool all tedr came back clear. I'm still dodging my social life, I just can't push myself to do it. I feel good when in my normal routine x

Still really high anxiety but only on week 3 of med change , starting to get fed up of feeling bad and letting my family down ��
