Tooth extraction

Hi, long time since I've posted but felt I had to. I had a root canal done around 3 years ago and posted about it on here. The tooth has now fractured and I have got to have it extracted on Thursday the 14th February
I am worrying although I had two teeth out 7 years ago I'm going to my GP beforehand to see if he wil prescribe me Diazepam which I had for my root canal and was marvellous, from what I can remember
Anyone got any tips on what I can think of by means of distraction while the dentist is prising my tooth out? The dentist said that because it is fractured, it will have to come out in two pieces, which has terrified me!

GOod for you ! Was it quite quick? I've had one out and my daughter had 4 and it was peasy compared to root canal.

Yes it was quick. I was in and out within 20 minutes!
