Saying hello- revisiting after a couple of years.

Hello,
I have returned here after a couple of years as my anxiety has return after a bit of a terbulant year, a break up and moving back home after six years and a new job
I have been prescribed medication but they don’t seem to be agreeing with me, nausea with propranolol and horrendous side effects after one sertraline.
