    back to back infections

    Hey guys,

Essentially got sick around week of 18th December. Was like a flu with heavy coughing and lots of phlegm. Recovered from that around December 25th.
I then got viral gastroenteritis from New Years Eve dinner party and recovered from that.
About 2 weeks later (mid January) had what was presumed to be mild flu or bad cold virus.

I woke up this morning with a sore throat.

I haven't slept as much as I'd like recently.

Just wondering if anyone has had something similar to this before?

When you get lots of infections, it normally means you are run down.
Try treating your daily routine and give yourself rest, relaxation regular healthy eating, sleep and gentle exercise, like walking.
Cut down on anything that causes you unnecessary stress. Your body will then be able to fight off any viruses lurking.

    Re: back to back infections

The week before Christmas I came down with a cold which went onto my chest. The cough (productive) persisted, until a couple of weeks ago. Then, guess what? This day last week I came down with another cold, and straight away the productive cough was back.

Not much we can do about it I'm afraid

    Good luck
