Hi

I am a bereaved guy (ex medic) who has complex PTSD and anxiety following child sex/physical abuse at a boarding school.



After my wife died, my rock was gone and I am socially phobic, travel phobic and have severe anxiety.



A good friend psych put me on mega doses of diazepam pregabalin at night and added quetaipine and then mirtazipine.


Yes I started sleeping but right through from 9pm til 4 pm except for loo breaks.


These meds are not without long terms effects and so after 3 years I am using Dr Ashton's reduction regime. It's living hell most days and talking treatment hasnt helped much.
