Heart rate after exercise

Hi,

Does anyone else’s heart rate remain high after exercise. A good 10/15 mins after a run today my heart rate was still around 105. Does anyone else get this or know how long it takes for your heart rate to rerun to resting rate.

I also seem to get more PVCs after exercise, anyone else??

A slower return to normal for your heart can be caused by anxiety, ambient temperature, digestion, fighting infection, a break from training, etc.

If it's simply a slower return to normal, then it doesn't sound too concerning.

Also, it's a definitely "yes" for me and PVCs and exercise. I can quietly sit for hours with not a single PVC, then stand up and the PVCs immediately start. Then I sit down and they stop. It's no fun.
