Head shaking/tremor

Has anybody experienced this while anxious? My head is twitching I can see it in the mirror and feel it in my head. I'm not sure if it's my neck causing it as my neck is very stiff and achy. This is very worrying and comes and goes and I get light headed with it but think that's because I'm panicking about it. Of course my big concern is brain tumour!

Definitely due to neck muscles and tension. A "brain tumour" wouldn't cause this. Try some relaxation exercises and it should pass.

Thank you for your reply. My neck and shoulders are so achy I thought it probably was the cause, but my anxious head always finds something to worry about!

I know exactly what you are talking about I’ve experienced this along with body tremors for 2 months now - my doctor also says it’s anxiety

I hope it clears soon as I am not sleeping well because of it
