    Feeling "weird"?

I just feel odd. I am feeling over burdened the amount of work I have to do for my upcoming exams, I have been focused on hitting goals, especially hiting gym goals and all this energy I am trying to put into bettering my life, feels like its leaving me drained rather than "good or proud"

Infact i feel like crap and weird, I cant explain it, last night I found it hard to sleep because I just feel a bit burnt out.

Maybe I feel burned out? Idk, but this feeling in itself is giving me anxiety. Maybe its too much caffiene consumption.

Does anyone have this? Where they feel odd but cannot put a finger on why or what it is, and if so, how do you over come this feeling? Because its distracting and giving me anxiety.

Yes, I have this feeling.sometimes all day, other times just for a moment. I don't know what causes it, but sleep normally helps it. I wonder if it is depersonalisation.

I thought maybe it could be something like that though i don't know much about depersonalisation, I dont feel seperate from my mind or body, I just feel odd and like my brain is just throwing random thoughts at me that dont really make sense or are significant to anything. I cant really explain it if i am honest, but i am feeling a bit better now.
