It is my first time on this forum, found it through a website.
Basically, I've had a lot of anxiety recently with frequent panic attacks occurring.

I am soon leaving for Asia by myself for 2 months. I know it will be the trip of a lifetime and I don't want to let my anxiety define me.
I will be doing 20 hours of plane by myself and it worries me. Same thing when I'm thinking about the possibility of having a panic attack, all alone at the end of the world.

Do you have any tips on how you manage your travel anxiety/panics?
