Riddled with anxiety

So yesterday I went to the ent to look over my throat which she did with a scope and she said that the lump in my throat feeling is Globus as there is only slight irritation on the area I’m worried about. She said everything looked healthy which should be great but I’m still so panicked over this. I think it’s time I go on meds for my anxiety ... I just had a baby in June and my anxiety since coming back to work has been rocketing. Questions about Globus.... she said it could be from acid reflux... can I have acid reflux and not know it?
