Dizziness when knelt down

So for a while now, every now and again when Im kneeling down I feel dizzy. It's not everytime, maybe 2-3 times a week. It's not like a room spinning dizziness but like a fogginess. I feel fine once I stand up. Could it possibly be psychosomatic, from when it started I had a sinus infection. But now everytime I kneel the first thing I say in my head is 'do I feel dizzy?'

I get this, it's just when you bend down your heart is more level with your head, so the blood reaches your head faster. You get a head rush and it can make you feel either dizzy or foggy.
