Bubbly/popping sensation

Hi, I’ve been having a lot of worries about my left hand side of stomach. The area definitely feels fuller than the right side. For the past few months in the lower area, there’s a popping/bubbling sensation, multiple times a day. I’m worried it’s a tumour that’s obstructing the airflow. Can anyone else relate?

I also get a heartbeat sensation in my stomach so I’m (obviously) concerned about an an aneurysm. Damn you greys anatomy

I get this too but when I need to use the loo or if I’m nervous and have wind *tmi* an anurism is a huge jump though most likely to be your tummy is irritated? Is it a constant thing or just now and then? Do you ever have stomach problems like constipation or IBS that may be a factor.
