You are fine - anti b's can cause this and so can anxiety. Try something like alvorex to regulate you but honestly the anxiety causes this.

When I was a teenager I had period for like 5 days, after I became 20, it is like 3 days. Usually it is there every month on time, except maybe changes of few days here and there rarely.
Despite all my bowel problems, last month I had it on time, and although it was slightly lighter than usual I put it down to stress.
Right now I am worried that this month I will miss my period. It is supposed to begin somewhere from 17th or 20th. I know I should not worry about it, but I am just worried "what if I miss it this month?" the funny thing is that I know the more I stress about it, the more likely I am going to miss it or it is going to get late.
I wonder if I have PCOS. I need to get it checked. I often get acne before my period begins. But that's the only symptom as of now. I don't get very hairy or neither do I have baldness. My best friend has it, and her upper lip hair was noticeable.
I do have a lot of hair loss, but they tend to grow back quickly and I have always had problems with too much hair on my head.
I will go to a therapist for my mental health on my holiday in April (currently I have work until 7, and then a 1.5 hours journey to home every weekdays).

I feel like I have started Psychosomatic issues. I get pain and problems in the area I focus on.
In a lot of ways this is a good thing, though - it means you can identify anxiety as the source of the problem, and work on it accordingly.
You can get there - it won't be easy and the anxiety will probably always be a part of you, but if you work on it, it won't always feel like the dominant part.
I have faith in you.
Glad to be able to help a little.
