okay, i am terified of any sort of neck or throat or jaw bone cancer.

there is an area in my jaw, gonial angle to be specific, which causes pain when i lightly press it. It does not cause pain otherwise

I do have two wisdom tooths coming out, but they have been there for 2 years (although doctors asked me to remove them surgerically but I didn't)..

Its just on one side.

I heard 6% of the bone cancers can happen in the jawline, and its apparently the rarest bone cancer.

But I am worried as heck.

There are no swellings so far.

TMI but I have had recto vaginal fistulas and they were nothing like you describe. Gas, poop, anything in my rectum came out all the time I had to wear Depends. They are also EXTREMELY painful. I can't even describe the agony. I was basically bed bound.

I am doing better for the last few days. Today had a little anal fissure with little blood, but diagnosed it as anal fissure. Did not jump into the conclusion of any cancer.

The jaw pain has also gone away, so I guess I have TMJ or something.

The lip problem also gets resolved with vaseline.

As for the recto vaginal fissure, I guess I don't have it. I sometimes doubt it, but I tell myself its on my mind.

Just annoyed with the fissure currently, thats all.

Good to hear and affirmation of your anxiety making something out of nothing. Here's a challenge for you. Next time you get a niggle or symptom, before you freak out and post, go back and read your thread. Recognize the flawed train of thought. Take some time to rationalize that the sinister things you fear, don't come and go nor do the suddenly appear in an advanced state overnight.

but i am panicking again

i have small irregular fissures, and not the normal one in posterior. In google it says small irregular fissures mean anal cancer, TB, HIV, IBD, lymphoma/leukemia.

I cant have anal cancer or HIV because like i mentioned before i have never engaged in anything sexual.

it cant be TB because the symptoms don't match.

The test for lymphoma, leukemia, IBD came out normal through CBC and stool test.

What on earth could this be.

i found out on nomorepanic, another user had multiple fissures too, and it turned out to be nothing.

Then why does google say multiple fissures on sides or anterior or anything means there is an underlying condition?

Because Google covers all eventualities and doesn't really make it clear how common/rare each one is.

I know how hard you're trying and how difficult it is, but you really need to find something to focus on other than your fears.

Come on Glittery you know that google is the devil! You can’t trust it..

All it means is that it’s been reported with those conditions not that it means you have to have those conditions.

Practice your logical thinking that I know you’re brilliant with, get this spiral under control. Read back your posts, you’ve been doing great but it’s trying to trick you again bouncing from one fear to the next.

Take a deep breath for me, ground yourself. I know you can.
