    Constipated but not constipated???

Morning all, bit of a poo question so apologies 🙈 does anyone have firm pellet/pebble stools and sometimes the feeling that it doesn’t all come out? Like it’s a symptom of constipation but I go daily/every other day so not constipated but it’s always the same, getting anxious about what it can be. The consistency says constipation but then I am going regularly? The uncomfortable feeling of a bit being left too is worrying. It has been going on for a couple of months.

Yes this is constipation. Are you doing anything/taking anything for it? It can be quite normal for constipation and even though your bowels are moving everything will be so dry etc. Laxido/Movicol sachets are really good. They're a gentle stool softener (not a laxative) and can help things to revert back to normal. Try and eat plenty of fibre and fruit too. x
