Its ok, you aren't in trouble.i'm sorry
What Blueiris means is that you have the power, in yourself, to deal with this without us having to tell you what and what not to do.
We can't squish or blat three away, as we aren't you, and by us telling 'three' to *^!£^" off it means that when you don't have other people around you (like at work) the manifestation of your anxiety will be there unabated. Learning to 'tell yourself' (and argue back to three) rather than have us tell you what to do is a really good way to go. I think you have a strong understanding of right and wrong, but actually are fearful of losing control (via three) and doing wrong, its an intrusive thought. Three is an anxiety/intrusive thought, and you have become reliant on the support of others to control three when actually YOU can do so yourself with practice. Thats good news right?
This is about confidence and letting whispershadow have control over her anxiety, rather than whispershadow needing others to tell her what to do.
(I hope what I have written here makes sense, let me know if it doesn't)
i think that makes sense carys, thanks

Its more helpful having some related things on a long thread, as people can see your 'background' on a chain of thoughts......and makes it easier to reply to.....ok i#m sorry nmp i didnt know we had to stick to one thread
I'm not sure what to say about Ebony, other than in your heart you must know that one life can't be traded for another in that way. Sadly lovely Ebony wasn't well, you are well and you can now care for lots of other cats in the future that might need your love and help.
