Re: Floating feeling, jittery, heart racing
Hi Mommyof2boys,
The floaty and lightheaded feeling is one of the very common anxiety symps
I have had it over the years and it can certainly trigger anxiety
Adrenaline can cause it although the floaty feeling may come first and then the adrenaline outpouring
I also have had this floaty feeling with inner ear issues so be sure to see an ENT if you can to make sure it is not ear related
BP will rise with anxiety and the flush in my opinion is the result of the adrenaline
I have had the heat feeling in my face once so bad it felt like a fire being held under my face
If you havent already done so get some of Dr Claire Weekes's books. They were precious to me over the years. She is very simple and homey in her advice. One is titled " Hope and Help for your Nerves" and the other is " Peace from Nervous Suffering." They are in paperback. They are wonderful.
If you wish you can PM me
Btw, I am in the US as well
Chin up and God Bless
