Heart murmur

Hi Now been told I have a heart murmur, awaiting results of echo. Already had ectopic beat that I take beta blocker for. Had lot of chest pain recently so they checking me out. Have to do tread mill test soon too.
Anyone else have a murmur, but is it innocent?

My wife has had one for 20 some odd years. Has had three kids since and still has energy to nag me daily.
