No i haven't increased i started on 25mg for a week then went up to 50mg. I'm on day 15 the panic attacks have settled and some other side effects, I'm left with jittery legs so a bit worried about that. I'm trying to just think its side effects and will settle, its making me really question why i started them with the side effects. I wonder if yours are making you more anxious i think most of them do that at first. Take care xx
