Sore ass after I pooped is that normal?

But yeah I did a poop early and it didn't hurt but my ass was kinda sore during it. Then felt completely fine after

The stool was fine too. Right colour, no mucus, no nothing

Almost like my ass was tender lol I can't describe it

Probably a small fissure. Nothing to worry about. Just try to drink enough water and not strain too much the next time you go and it should heal quickly.

Yes, normal. I get it occasionally, and sometimes you might even see a little bit of blood - looks alarming but it is, as ErinKC says, just a fissure or possibly a haemorrhoid. Try to eat more fibre, as that will help prevent it in future.
