Hi I signed up because a friend suggested the forums to me. Panic, Anxiety and OCD symptoms are all too familiar to me. I've dealt with them for some time (several years) and handle them in my own way (by doing things that I really enjoy the most as much as possible and avoiding stressful situations). I'm mostly interested in meeting others in the chatrooms as opposed to browsing through the forum. It is easier for me to meet and learn that way. It's also a relaxing way for me to take out stress.
