Thinking of you. Drop me a PM if you want? I'm doing busywork all day so I should be around to respond.

Thank you. I will do in a bit. I just haven’t been this anxious in a long time.

I get you completely, I used to be scared out of my wits when I was a day or two late.

NIkkii really, its ok, its only hormones (probably why you are so anxious and crying also LOL !) .......when you are used to being like on the time regular it can be upsetting when mother nature throws you a curve ball.

Nikkii, how old are you now ? Oh yes 35, can you ask your mother how old her perimeno changes started ? Just wondering really.......as 35 is within the boundaries...

Ironically I’m having ALL the pmt 😂😩🥴
I mentioned it to her yesterday in passing although I try not to go full panick mode on her because I’m prone to in the past and now she just eye rolls at me.
I think she said 35-36 she missed a few but she has a tendency to placate me with things too. My friend is 37 and although everyone is different she has said she hardly gets regular periods now.

    I mean..if I wasn’t tracking it I wouldn’t be worried yet I guess

I honestly think its not that suprising at 35 to get some things like this happening, there is a peri forum I am on and I've been astounded at how many women start to be aware of changes at your age. Even if you are tracking, theres no reason to be worried, delayed periods are 99.9 percent nothing to worry about....or rather don't have sinister reasons behind them. ( I made the 99.9 percent up, but you get what I mean...LOL)

I’ve had a bit of a cry and feel a bit calmer for now.
I hear what you are saying and all you saying there’s many reasons and none are live threatening. I just tend to spiral if I focus on things. Was constipated last week and was worrying about that. Now I have the opposite LOL

Is it ironic that I’m mood swinging like a B***** 😂😂 literally feeling positive about it now but probably later I’ll start wanting to cry. Anxiety or hormones? LOL

    Seems legit.
I want to say thanks for all the support. Still waiting it out but I’m not too worried if it skips , judging how I still feel I’m optimistic it’ll happen just a bit late 🥴🥴
