Hi, I recently had a sickness bug in January, since then my stomach hasn’t been right. I have pains in my upper abdomen and have went from going to the toilet every 3 days to every day. I also feel bloated. I’m worried it might be something serious, however during this time I’ve also been extremely stressed and have had a break down due to my health anxiety/constant worry. I feel like I’m constantly worrying all day everyday I’m probably making it worse.
