    Palpatations and dizziness

24 years old. I've suffered from palpatations for years. Have anyways worried about them hut I've learnt what triggers them etc. I'd do through months of having none at all. Recently I haven't been eating or drinking very well, under tons of stress with work and home. And then my anxiety on top of it all.

Today at working I had a particularly bad palp. And felt dizzy and a little light headed. Now I'm not sure wether it was the palp that was causing it. Or the fact it was such a strong one, that I could fell it in my neck and throat and I instantly starting panicking thinking I was having a heart attack.
My hands went clammy, I felt like my head was all hazy like I couldn't think straight. It literally passed within seconds. I went outside got some.fresh air and was fine.

But now I've been besides myself thinking I've got a heart issue. Please someone help. I dont want to go the doctors and look stupid.
