I am new here! Recently stumbled upon this site while searching for anxiety tips and tricks while traveling.
I have had a panic disorder since about 12. I get anxious around new people, traveling, speaking in front of others etc. I’m hoping to meet people here who make me feel not so isolated and can share similar stories.
