Does anyone else get weird fat and slow beats?

Hey guys so just woke up for bathroom and how terrified.

My heart is doing that thing when it beats slow a few times like 5 then speeds up the 3 or 4.
I can feel it pounding in my chest but it's actually not fast or strong?


Got checked for similar as a child ecgs, 24hr ones, etc, put it down to anxiety.

Gping to see my GP next week because terrified it's something bad they didn't pick up but not sure I'll make it that long :(
