Hello all,
I used to come here about 10 years ago, went away & now i'm back again! I've had anxiety & panic for quite a long time now, been through a lot of different things (including swallowing phobia, agoraphobia, travelling phobia, benzo addiction etc etc)
I realised it would be good to start discussing things again with people who understand.
