Heart rate under 60 or even 50 is not an indication of a problem. My resting hr on a Fitbit typically runs about 57-58 and goes down to about 50-53 when sleeping.

Jray that's a relief to hear. I have always heard athletes have heart rates that low and I am not in shape at all. I just started working out nothing major just hand weights and DDP yoga. Cutting sodium, sugar, getting more fiber, eating more fruit and veggies and salads I am very overweight 338. So yeah it did worry me until hubby said you have been making changes and your anxiety and stress are way down and overweight people can have a very healthy heart and be fit as well. So he talked me into removing the fit bit and he hid it.

Good!
Thanks Carnation, I just weighed in and I am now at 336. I have a youtube channel that talks about my weight loss, what I am doing, tips and foods I eat and other things.

Saturday went to Walmart with hubby, we haven't been there in years. I was doing alright, went to the office supplies section to get notebookpaper and I suddenly heard When A Man Loves A Woman, it triggered me, I couldn't breathe, I started shaking, crying, covering my ears, you see my ex would play that song when he was beating the tar out of me, and there were times he would play it to let me know I messed up and that a beating was coming, my husband didn't know what was going on, He put his arm around me and held me until I calmed down and said okay time to go.
