Hi Tracy, parts of your story sound like my old life
Some bits of it does with me too.
Lola, Carnation, I am sorry you both had to deal with a lot of that as well, sending you both hugs.

Hi Tracey, just read you post didn’t see it before partly due to a new phone , new forum and a general lack of enthusiasm lately, it is heartbreaking to see that some people get all the shite while others seem to breeze through life , you can’t change the past you just have to try and live in the now , take pleasure from the little things in life , just doing a good deed for a stranger can be a reward in itself.
somthing ive been trying to get into my mind set is not wasting time on those who have wronged you , karma tends to even things out in the long run .
ill returns few hugs as you’ve sent me a few .
Take care
Thank you Buster good to see you

I think that's a wonderful idea Tracey.
I've been thinking about you and was wondering how you were coping.
I admire your strength and determination to make your life better and fight for survival.
Believe me when I say that you are not alone and I do know what it is like to be in your shoes.
There's one thing about people that suffer. They become strong and empathetic people that also normally succeed in their goals.
You CAN do whatever you put your mind too and you are allowed to be emotional to release any pain or bad memories that haunt you. And never think it was your fault. Keep us updated when you can. x
Take care, I think some of what you share is visceral and you can feel the anguish in there
Never think you/we deserve what happens to us
Always believe the future can be better
Dudley Moore: Do you feel you've learnt by your mistakes here?
Peter Cook: I think I have, yes, and I think I can probably repeat them almost perfectly.
All I can say is that you are much stronger than I am, and probably stronger than most people on this planet! You've had to endure the worst and you are continuing to fight forward.
And diving into books as the needed addictive release also shows that you're very smart! (and getting smarter with the reading of course!).

Thank you all for the kind words, yesterday my health anxiety got the best of me , worrying about heart issues again thanks to the dang fitbit heart rate monitor, been reading so many conflicting things. due to heart rate either normal being 60-100 or 50-90 being the normal and then seeing anything below 60 is a reason to worry and then anything below 50 is a worry, so I don't know. I am back on my weight loss journey which I have a youtube channel about, and I have lost a pound so far , I am doing another weigh in tomorrow.
