Chest pain on far left side

I have chest pain on the far left side of my chest, almost under my armpit.

I have had pvc’s, at least I started noticing them, since October. I have spent a lot of time in mindfulness practice and reading books on HA and they have helped a lot, but I still feel sensitized most days.

Back to this chest pain. It is really odd, seems to occur more at rest than active and does not occur in the center of my chest. I just got home from a walk and I can’t tell anymore if it actually hurts or if I am just imagining it. Frankly, it’s not so much pain as twinges.

About a month ago, I did have a very sharp pain in my chest that lasted for a second and then went away. Wondering if I tore or damaged an intercostal muscle.

I have had an ecg and a stress echo in December related to the pvc’s and was told all is normal.

Thoughts? Has anyone else experienced this? I think this is just HA, and that is why I have not yet gone to the doctor.

I'd advise seeing the doctor before assuming anything

I've been getting this! Like a pain in my left breast area, then I feel it in my finger! It lasts seconds and I'm not sure if my brain is causing my finger to hurt because subconsciously when I think of ant type of chest pain I think I'm having a heart attack!
I'm yet to make a doc app because of fear and that it doesn't occur that often!
