Hello, im linda from nottingham uk, im not really new to the site i lost my log in details, need some help with vertigo again was hoping some could suggest how they cope with it, ive had dizziness from anxiety and panic attacks, this time its vertigo not the same thing really this is causing my anxiety and panic to sky rocket, was doing ok until two weeks ago, i was coping ok even started going out on my own after 25 years of not doing so. and was coping with the normal dizziness etc that comes with panic attacks and anxiety, hope everyone else is coping the best they can their best in this awful world of fear we live in daily xxx
