Past few nights when ive tried to go to sleep i have had such a noticeable heartbeat and i cant sleep because of it. Its started to panic me now coz its everytime im trying to sleep. Does anyone else get this?

Because its happening as you're going to sleep and it's reproducable each time you're trying to sleep, I'd say anxiety.
However if it's new and you haven't seen your doctor, run it past them if it persists

I've had that before and it really is scary, so I understand. My boyfriend also had it everytime he went to sleep. Heard that you're more prone to palpitations when lying down than standing cause you notice it more.
