Health Anxiety Is Crushing me

Hi folks
I wanted to introduce myself . I am a 43 year old male that has two little children. Gosh I have been battling health anxiety since I was around 7 or 8. I am in the midst of my worst bout ever. Its been about two months and I am convinced I have ALS. Trying to find a place that is comforting and understanding
