    Smile New to forum

    Hello Everyone,

Earlier on in the year i was diagnosed with major depression and anxiety. I found my anxiety though starting after my newborn daughter ended up in hospital and thoughts developed over time.

I feel pretty confident that i have gotten over the depression, however the anxiety is lurking there and once again is starting to take over the control i have in my life.

Apart from my anxiety, i have a supportive partner whom i have been with for 6.5years and we have two beautiful children, 15mths and nearly 3.

I look forward to talking to you all.

    Hi Breesmum

Lovely to meet you. You will find some great people on this site that will be able to offer advice and support, if you need it.

My anxiety/panic started about 4 months after my youngest was born. She is nearly 7 now.
