    Question Watery Saliva

Around two days ago I think I contracted a cold or the flu I'm not sure which but my saliva is very watery there isn't an excessive amount of it, but it is watery, does this happen when you are sick or no?

    Re: Watery Saliva

if you are producing more saliva due to illness etc, it will be slightly runnier, because when saliva slowly builds up in your mouth it has more air bubbles in it which give it a slightly thicker consistency.

So now you can sleep peacefully

PS. Have you emigrated to States from Oz?
