Hello all,

I hope you're well.

I'm going through a relapse of OCD (big new 'theme' which I won't bother to discuss here because that would be reassurance-seeking) and I've realised I'm not quite sure how to tackle it. Normally I let these things spiral to the point where I'm really not functional because I'm so worried about everything: I want to do it differently this time and try to veer back onto good mental health, if possible.

Would anyone mind sharing their top tips on how to tackle this? Is it possible to avert the doom-spiral taking hold ? If it were my depression, I'd know what path to follow to start feeling better: start the gym more regularly, check I'm eating right, get enough sleep, social contact etc - does anyone any specific OCD-related first aid things that help?
