Red hard lump in the crotch during period

Hi, does anyone experienced the same, please? Since november i had 4 times this: during period i find pra sized hard lump in hairs in the crotch..not in groin, not in vagina/vulva..it is not painful but if ibtouch i can feel it..it goes away in 2-3 days.i use sanitary pads, not tampons, and i wear slim jeans, so i guess it is irritated..but once it happened also during holiday when i was wearing dress...anyone???

Sounds like inflamed hair folicles to me..... where the hair folicle becomes red and angry, keep it clean and if you get one that doesn't settle then take a visit to the Doctors.
