Pap, HPV, 3 year interval question

So all of my paps have been normal my whole life, used to do them yearly. After I turned 30 years old, 3 years ago they did a pap plus HPV both of which both came back negative/ clear. They told me that due to this I would not need another pap for 3-5 years. I got one on Friday. What are the chances of anything turning up since I have not been checked in 3 years? I don't want to be surprised or shocked if something comes back off. Same partner, no changes.
