I must admit to concerns over why data will be shared with third parties. However they can already get some of this and considering how variable service is at my surgery I'm not sure I would trust them either?

But I've always viewed the way the NHS stores patient data as antiquated. Imagine private business not holding centralised data

Red or blue governments will either cock it up or sell it. But I'm not sure I've the time to read the NHS small print on third party data sharing policy. It's certainly been flying under the radar and I agree a public awareness campaign is needed right now.

Should Dr Fauxi get the heave ho? He's being foisted on his own petard by his his own emails. Apparently he hasn't been telling the truth about anything...hydroxochloroquine, masks, and the NIAID (his organization) funding of the deadly Gain Of Function research in the Wuhan lab. That's what happens when one spends "54 years" as a government bureaucrat.

There's definitely a pattern to it all as well. A few years back the front pages of the right side news outlets were infatuated with AOC and the "Squad". They moved onto Pelosi and other Democrats and more recently its been Hunter Biden, Cuomo and now Fauci. Throw in some border news and critical race theory and there you go. It's whatever will get a rise and clicks from their readers and it's funny, as this thread has shown, the effect is very similar to what would happen when Trump tweeted something. It would be repeated and spewed out ad nauseum regardless of being non-factual. What's interesting is that they really haven't gone after Biden with the same ferocity as they did Obama and the other subjects I mentioned.
